Keep in Mind When You Design a Logo?

You may wonder if it is really important to create a top quality logo design. The answer is: yes, of course. Your company needs recognition and this is what your logo design does. It gives your business a visual look. If it’s captivating, it will make your business look big and reliable.

Here is an Example for You:

Let’s take the example of your National Flag. Doesn’t it give your country a visual look? When you look at the flag of your country, you know that it represents you. The same way, your logo design not only represents your company when it’s displayed on your website, it also represents you when it’s printed on your products. When you run marketing campaign, you highlight your logo design and people recognize you through it. Your market doesn’t know you personally, but they know your products or services through your logo.

Think About it This Way:

If there is an object that plays the most important role in creating your brand identity, won’t you put it a lot of efforts to make it attractive? Well, this is what your logo design does and you have to ensure that you make it look good. Don’t take it lightly. Pay serious attention to it as it makes people visualize your business and authenticity.

A Big Misconception:

There is a misconception that your logo has to look complicated, so that people will visualize you as a big business and take you seriously. Never pay attention to this belief, because it’s completely false.

Let me ask you: How complicated is the logo design of Toyota or Mercedes? They are simple designs and, hence, are memorable. So, this notion is completely false that you must create a complicated design. Remember, intricacies in a design won’t make it effective. Always keep your business model in front of your when you create your company logo.

Come Up with Something Original:

Originality can help you stand out from the rest and make people notice you and take interest in you. But, of course, it’s not easy. So, do not rush. It is advisable to work closely with your designer and create a design that will actually represent your business model and present you as a serious business.

Use Colors According to Your Business Model:

Now, this is something you can’t afford to neglect. You must use proper colors. A professional designer will be able to guide you that which colors will be suitable for your logo. Ask him to create different concepts, so it will be easier for you to finalize a logo.

Conclusion:

These are some of the things that can make your logo design really powerful. Ensure that you incorporate all the vital elements in your logo that we have discussed above.

The Smarter Choice For a Party of Five

Yet you would not have guessed that the two cars have similar genes because the Forfour stays true to the styling philosophy of Smart. Like the Fortwo, a different colour is used to emphasise the Tridion safety cell that protects the occupants. You can pick a variety of colour combinations (18 for the Malaysian market), thanks to the Smart concept of having interchangeable plastic body panels -just like the casings for your hand phone.

The styling features of the Forfour provide an immediate link to the rest of the Smart range – from the cheerful front grille to the high-mounted rear light clusters and over-sized rear wheel arches. The short overhangs front and rear also provide the same visual linkage.

The same design DNA is also evident inside the car not only visually but also in the clever little ideas and accessories available. Above the fabric-covered dashboard are two auxiliary meters that can be rotated to face the passenger or driver. The speedometer and tachometer are housed in individual binnacles with warning lights on opaque white faces, but the additional warning lights lining the outer edge are not so apparent under bright sunlight. Become a Production Car?

GINA is the experimental car built by BMW that is…well, very experimental. The car is built with an aluminum skeletal frame. This is overlaid with a spandex based cloth that is very strong, but very flexible. The skeletal frame is powered with small electrical motors that allow the car to morph into different shapes. This is done during driving by a computer to maximize efficiency, but also can be controlled by the driver to produce certain looks.

The general look of the GINA is based on the production Z4 shape, but has much more to offer. The flexibility allows for many unique characteristics. For instance, the car is a front engine design. How do you pop the hood? You do it from in the car by selecting the appropriate command. The skeleton under the “hood” then splits down the middle and opens up to allow access. The same occurs for the headlights, trunks and doors of the car in one form or another. It is a beautiful design and so unique that the first question is where can I buy one?!

Alas, the BMW GINA is not a production car. It isn’t even a limited production car. The vehicle was designed by company to inspire its designers and engineers to think beyond the typical 3, 5 and 7 series looks. Put another way, you can look at it but you will never drive it unless you decide to buy the entire BMW Company or have some really interesting photos of the CEO! Read the rest of this entry »
